Thank you for your clarified request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 2 December 2019 asking for information about the Hither Green / Lee Healthy Neighbourhood road scheme.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our Information Access Policy. We do hold some of the information you requested. You asked for:

  1. minutes of the meetings between officers and / or councillors of Lewisham Council and TFL this year where the Healthy Neighbourhood project was an agenda item; and
  2. the presentation document of the results of the road flow and pollution monitoring in the Lee / Hither Green area that took place this year in support of the project.

Please find attached meeting minutes from our Local Implementation Plan (LIP) catch up meeting on the 23 July 2019 and traffic flow results.

In accordance with the FOI Act, personal information has been redacted as it is subject to a statutory exemption to the right of access to information under section 40(2). This exemption to your right of access is applied in accordance with TfL’s obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA).

The exemption applies because disclosure of personal information would be a breach of the DPA, specifically the first principle of the DPA which requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful.
