Thank you for your request which we received on 18 November 2024. You asked about TfL's policy regarding the expected response time for taxi and private hire (TPH) stakeholders when raising licensing, enforcement or regulatory issues.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require.
The service level agreement (SLA) for correspondence from MPs or Assembly Members is 18 working days. We don’t have a specific SLA for correspondence from TPH stakeholders. Usually, we would respond as soon as possible and within 18 working days. Our response to more complex cases can take longer.
