Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 19 March 2021 asking for information about Information on Energy Consumption.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked for: information of energy consumption by the London Underground at each Bulk Supply Point and Grid Supply Point directly connecting to the DNO or National Grid Network under the freedom of information.
Please see the information requested in the table below. Please note that the period to which the data relates was dominated by the Covid-19 pandemic, when service levels (and hence traction power) would have been impacted. Going forward the power demand will continue to relate to the service levels we operate and the recovery of passenger usage of the network.
