Thank you for your request received on 11 December 2017 asking for information about communication with First Group.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and TfL’s information access policy.

We do not hold the information you have requested. We have carried out an e-mail search of Leon Daniels’ e-mail account for any e-mail address with a ‘@firstgroup.com’ suffix. We have searched using the keywords ‘tram’, ‘trams’, and ‘Tramlink’ for the time period requested. We identified a total of 13 e-mails, none of which related to complaints about the operation of London Trams, issues with the incident reporting systems on London Trams, or trams breaking speed limits.
