please would it be possible to see the asbestos report for Island Gardens DLR station?
We answered
Our ref: FOI-2609-2122/GH Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 13 February 2022 asking for the Island Gardens DLR station asbestos survey report. Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy. Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. This is because Island Gardens DLR Station was newly constructed as part of the Lewisham Extension. It was constructed in the 1990s and opened in November 1999. As a result, the materials that were used in the construction of this station did not include asbestos so TfL do not possess an asbestos survey report because it is not required. If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
