Your request for information has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require. You asked:
I am also formally making a Freedom of Information request of TFL in order to ascertain how much of the £41 million is due to levies and how much has been raised by charges.
Until 31 August 2019, of the £41 million, a total of £10.6 million was raised in revenue from Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued, and a total of £30.7 million was revenue raised from charges.
