There are four Cornwall Gardens residents that we have a record of, that have complained about noise/vibrations from the District line since 2017, three of which submitted complaints in the last year. You are correct to say that four residents including yourself have received replies from TfL on this subject, but your complaint wasn’t submitted in the last year, which is the timescale you requested (it’s from 2017), and therefore wasn’t included. If you are considering submitting a further request please think carefully about whether the request is essential at this current time, as answering FOI/EIR requests will require the use of limited resources and the attention of staff who could be supporting other essential activity.
