Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require. This Road Safety Audit was completed in November 2020. As part of this review the positioning of street furniture and whether it is safe was also considered. A number of recommendations were made, and were either rejected, part accepted or accepted. Please see the attached table for further details. No recommendations were completely rejected. Please note that the recommendations in the attached table relate to elements on the A12 eastbound and A127 westbound approaches to the Gallows Corner flyover, and not specifically on the A12 Colchester Road approach to the junction.
