Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 13 January 2023 asking for information about Technology and Data salaries.
 
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You asked: Please may I request a salary breakdown of the following roles in Technology & Data - 

•    Service Performance Manager 
•    Product Manager 

Please see attached tables with the data requested.

Please note the following: 

1.    The tables shows that one Job ID has a slightly different Hay Score than the other Product Managers. We have treated this as an outlier when showing the Hay Score of Product Managers on the main Excel table.

2.    We do not record anything regarding “Base starting salary”. We have, instead, provided the mean salary of Zone B (Zone B represents the salary range most closely aligned to the combined market median range for similar roles and we would expect the majority of roles at that payband level to be paid within this range.) within Payband 3.
