Please can you advise me how many people have taken up the scrappage scheme of older vehicles as advertised on LBC Radio. Please also advise how much money has been invested in total by TFL and The Mayor Of London in advertising this scheme on various media outlets. Please reply in writing to the above address. Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 20 November 2019 asking for information about the ULEZ scrappage scheme.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
Details on funding for the Mayor’s Car and Motorcycle Scrappage scheme can be found on the GLA website using the link below:

The scheme was launched on 23 October 2019. As at 18 November 2019, we have processed 35 grant payments with a total value of £70,000.
The media budget is £122,412.63 for adverts running on radio, posters and local press.
