Please can I see all correspondence between the Commissioner and the either the Mayor of London's Chief of Staff or the Mayoral Director, Communications on Saturday 21st October 2023 regarding the incident involving a tube driver apparently giving a tannoy announcement in support of the 'Free Palestine' march in central London.

Thank you for your request received on 21 October 2023 asking for correspondence regarding the incident that is reported to have involved a London Underground driver using the train’s public address system to make political statements.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.

I can advise that we do not hold the information you require – there was no correspondence between the Commissioner and the Mayor of London's Chief of Staff or the Mayoral Director, Communications on 21 October 2023 regarding this matter.
