I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act.
Would you please provide the following information:
1. The number of accidents on Tottenham Court Road involving pedestrians and motor vehicles (including but not limited to cars, buses, motorcycles) between 20th April 2019 and 20th October 2019 inclusive.
2. The number of accidents on Tottenham Court Road involving pedestrians and cyclists between 20th April 2019 and 20th October 2019 inclusive.
3. The number of accidents on Tottenham Court Road involving cyclists and vehicles (including but not limited to cars, buses, motorcycles) between 20th April 2019 and 20th October 2019 inclusive.
4. The number of accidents on Tottenham Court Road involving pedestrians and motor vehicles (including but not limited to cars, buses, motorcycles) between 19th October 2018 and 19th April 2019 inclusive.
5. The number of accidents on Tottenham Court Road involving pedestrians and cyclists between 19th October 2018 and 19th April 2019 inclusive.
6. The number of accidents on Tottenham Court Road involving cyclists and vehicles (including but not limited to cars, buses, motorcycles) between 19th October 2018 and 19th April 2019 inclusive.
I would like this information to be emailed to this address. If my request is denied in whole or in part I would ask that you justify this by reference to specific exemptions of the act.

In accordance with section 21 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to supply you with a copy of the requested information as it is already accessible to you elsewhere.
In addition, in accordance with the FOI Act, we are not obliged to supply the information for 2019 as it is subject to a statutory exemption to the right of access to information, under Section 22 of the Act. In this instance the exemption has been applied as the information you have requested is intended for future publication.
This exemption is subject to a public interest test, which requires us to assess whether the public interest in applying the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosure. In this instance, it is considered that the public interest favours the publication of this information, in context and according to the pre-determined schedule, rather than in response to your request, to ensure the information is provided accurately and in an accessible manner.
