Dear Transport for London, Hillingdon Council has recently issued a public notice to its residents highlighting the continued failure of Network Rail to maintain Station Approach, West Drayton (part of West Drayton railway station) to a sufficient standard to allow buses contracted to TfL to use it safely. You are requested to provide all correspondence in 2023 with Network Rail Infrastructure Limited, MTL Crossrail (the Station Facility Owner), Thames Water and Hillingdon Council on the reasons why the repairs have not been completed as previously promised in 2023.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 15th October 2023 asking for information about Station Approach, West Drayton.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. 

Specifically you asked:

Hillingdon Council has recently issued a public notice to its residents highlighting the continued failure of Network Rail to maintain Station Approach, West Drayton (part of West Drayton railway station) to a sufficient standard to allow buses contracted to TfL to use it safely.
