Within London Borough of Merton, who polices the Red Routes? Are the penalties issued for parking on Red Routes within the public domain? Have any penalties been issued for parking on the Red Route on the A24, in front of 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 Crown Lane, Morden in the last 20 years?

Our ref: FOI-2556-2122/GH Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 8 February 2022 asking for information about Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs).
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.
TfL are responsible for administering the Red Route along Crown Lane in Merton and we do issue PCNs for vehicles in breach of the restrictions on this road. This includes unauthorised use of the Bus Lane and stopping where prohibited on the Red Route.
However we are unable to identify specifically the penalties issued for vehicles parked outside of the are between 4-16 Crown Lane and therefore we do not hold the information requested.
