I write in relation to TfL's application to the London Borough of Havering for a "request for a Screening Opinion for an Enviromental Impact Assesment in repsect to demolish and replace the A12 flyover at Gallows Corner" -

Part of the application includes drawing reference STPJ388-CST-MAC-15_XX-DRG-CE-00002 Rev C01 "Gallows Corner Flyover Refurbishment Proposed General Arrangement".
In relation to this application, the drawing and anything associated with this layout, please provide the following;
- A copy of any designer's risk assessments
- A copy of any Stage 1 and Stage 2 Road Safety Audit

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 15 October 2023 asking for information about Gallows Corner Flyover replacement.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. Please see attached the Stage 1 RSA - please note that the Stage 2 RSA will not be undertaken until the Detailed Design stage which hasn’t yet commenced.
Please also find attached the Design Hazard Register.
Please note that in accordance with TfL’s obligations under the Data Protection legislation some personal data has been removed, as required by Regulation 13 of the Environmental Information Regulations. This is because disclosure of this personal data would be a breach of the legislation, specifically the first principle of the legislation, which requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful. It would not be fair to disclose this personal information when the individuals have no expectation it would be disclosed and TfL has not satisfied one of the conditions of Schedule 2 which would make the processing ‘fair’.
