I would like to request a breakdown of Congestion Charge PCNs issued between January 2017 and December 2017 with the following breakdown:
PCNs Issued

PCNs not Appealed
> Total number of PCNs paid without appeal
PCNs Appealed to TfL
> Total number of PCNs appealed to TfL
> Total number of PCNs successfully appealed where reason for cancellation was based on one of the options provided on page 3 of the PCN. (Please itemise breakdown and confirm option names as PCN template was revised in Mar 2018)
