Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 20 December 2018.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we hold some of the information you require. You asked:

How many PCN were issued on the 27/10/2018 between 9am and 10pm in High Street Harlsden using camera 28?

We do not hold this information. The road mentioned is not on the Transport for London Road Network (TLRN). Please contact the Brent council who should be able to advise.

I would like to know when the traffic lights at the corner and intersection of Wendover Road NW10 and Harlsden High Road came into action? I noticed they were not working in FEB 2018.

The aforementioned traffic signals have been at the location since the 1970s. They were installed by the Highway Authority at the time, which pre dates TfL.

The traffic signals were turned off on 31 January 2018 following a request from Thames Water due to a burst water main. It is likely that this was because of temporary traffic signals nearby to avoid any conflict or if Thames Water were working very close to the junction. This is standard practice for such events. The signals were switched back on 6 February 2018 once we received notification from Thames Water that the works to the burst water main had been completed.

During the time of the switch out Thames Water would have been responsible for alternative traffic management as approved by the local borough as this road is not on the TLRN.

If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable to access it for some reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal as well as information on copyright and what to do if you would like to re-use any of the information we have disclosed.

Yours sincerely
