Thank you for your email received by us on 18 November 2019 asking for information about employee survey contracts.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require. You asked:

1) What is your annual employee survey/staff listening budget?
Our annual budget is £255,000.
2) Who is/are your current employee survey provider(s)?
The current provider is Engine Transformation, previously known as ORC international.
3) How long was the current contact for this solution, and when does your contract expire?
The current contract was initially a three year term with an option to extend by up to two years. TfL exercised the first of these two option years meaning the current contract expires in May 2020.
4) Does the provider provide other surveying for the organisation e.g. customer satisfaction surveys? If yes, do they provider provide other surveying under the same contract?

5) Which individual or team is responsible for the contract? And what team do they work in?
The contract is under the Customer Insight, Strategy & Experience business unit, with the contract management activities undertaken by the Commercial – Indirect Services team.
