It ios alleged that the claimant suffered his accident when cyclking across Hyde Park in London. It is alleged that the claimant was cycling southbound on the cycle lane, left of the Achilles statue, when he collided with an unilluminated barrier.
There is a suggestion that road works were being undertaken by TfL at the time & we would be grateful if you could provide any photos and details of works being carried out in the area around the time of the accident.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 14 November 2019 asking for information about road works in Hyde Park.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. Unfortunately we do not hold the information you require.
TfL have not carried out any works inside Hyde Park around the date in question. We would suggest you contact either RB Kensington & Chelsea or Royal Parks.
I am sorry we are unable to assist you on this occasion.
