Putney Bridge Morning Peak train cancellations.

You asked

Eastbound services from Putney Bridge in the period 715AM to 730AM weekdays are not reliable, with many cancellations evidenced despite TFL publishing the service as good. Commuters are regularly treated to 'three trains into one' style conditions, with consecutive trains cancelled, and are often not able to board services, including yesterday and today (November 4 and November 5, 2024). Hence, please provide the dates between September 1, 2024 and November 1, 2024 that TFL did not run the full compliment of eastbound tube services from Putney Bridge station between 7am and 8am, as measured by the departure time as listed in District Line Working Timetable 154, for weekdays in this period. For each day a full service was not provided, please provide the number of services cancelled and the total number of services that should have run as per the published timetable for this one hour window. Please specifically indicate the dates Train No. 122 and Train No. 57D did not run as services eastbound from Putney Bridge in this period. Please further indicate, by day, how many of the services that did not serve Putney Bridge in the above one hour weekday window were i) cancelled entirely or ii) commenced their eastbound journey from Parsons Green or Fulham Broadway. How many of these trains were Train No. 57D or Train No. 122? Please further indicate the service status (good service, minor delays or severe delays) TFL published each day between 7am and 8am the full complement of services did not run eastbound from Putney Bridge. Thank you for your request which we received on 5 November 2024, asking for information about East bound services on the District line from Putney Bridge.

I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. The data you have requested is in the attached files. We hold no data from 12 Sep to 18 Oct due to the recent cyber incident at TfL. All this is explained in more detail in the attached service notes.
