Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 3 January 2023 asking for information about our Customer Services performance.
 
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked: Please can you tell me where you publish your performance against Customer Commitments, and how often.

We publish our overall contact centre performance quarterly within TfL's quarterly Customer Service and Operational Panel reports.  You can find these at the following link: https://board.tfl.gov.uk/ieListMeetings.aspx?CId=173&Year=0
