Run & Dwell Times – London Underground & Elizabeth
Request ID: FOI-2498-2324 Date published: 30 October 2023
You asked
Follow-up to FOI-2163-2324: Thanks for the working timetables. In FOI-2497-1920’s attachment ‘b’ there were values down to the second. I don’t think that level of detail is inferable from the working timetables. Can you help with providing those values?
We answered
TfL Ref: FOI-2498-2324
Thank you for your further request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 10th October 2023 asking for information about Working Timetables. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“Thanks for the working timetables. In FOI-2497-1920’s attachment ‘b’ there were values down to the second. I don’t think that level of detail is inferable from the working timetables. Can you help with providing those values?”
I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require.
Colleagues in our timetabling team have reviewed the material provided under case reference FOI-2497-1920. They inform me that nearly all of those documents apply to existing Working Timetables (WTTs). While there have been plenty of WTT changes since, they have largely used the same run and dwell datasets, sourced from those original documents. The exception to this is the Jubilee line, where we did have a run and dwell review for WTT 17 which was implemented in October 2021. Those documents for the Jubilee Line are attached.
Please note, these documents will no longer be maintained / produced as we are moving to a different process for run and dwell reviews in the years ahead.
If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable to access it for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.
