Could you please tell me if Tower Bridge - the A100 - was closed to traffic from the north side of the Thames on 18/10/19 at 23:39 and for how long and where traffic heading south was diverted to?

Tower Bridge Approach was closed for quarterly maintenance, for 5 nights from 22.00 – 05.00 from 15/10/2019 until 20/10/2019. 

Please find the attached diversion route. This is only a guided diversion and people do not need to follow it.
