I would like to find out since 1/09/2017 up to 30/11/2018, how many private hire drivers have been removed from congestion charge excemption from London area. How many drivers, from that list, are self employed owner drivers?

I would like to find out since  1/09/2017 up to 30/11/2018, how many private hire drivers have been removed from congestion charge exemption from London area.

Between 1 September 2017 and 30 November 2018, 1,212 private hire vehicles were removed from the Congestion Charge exemption list.

How many drivers, from that list, are self employed owner drivers?
