Service Manager Recruitment Campaign 034330

Request ID: FOI-2485-2122
Date published: 04 February 2022

You asked

Dear Sir or Madam, TfL ran a recruitment campaign over 2020/21 to recruit new Service Managers for London Underground. I understand that there were 11 successful applicants from the campaign. I am writing to request anonymised information from Assessment Centre 3 of the 11 successful candidates. There were two types of railway incident used in the scenario based assessment. Either a Person Under A Train or a Derailed Train. This has been confirmed by a Team Leader at Capita/TfL Recruitment. I am requesting three pieces of information please: 1) How many successful candidates were there in this campaign? Was it 11? 2) Can you please confirm the percentage of the successful candidates who had a person under a train type scenario? And the percentage of successful candidates who had a derailment incident? 3) Can you please confirm the scores of the successful candidates for both of the assessments of Assessment Centre 3, in a completely anonymised format? I am not interest in who score what, just the scores for each of the two assessments at Assessment Centre 3. I believe that this request is proportionate and will cause minimal work in providing this information, as it relates to a very small number of candidates and this information is already collated on a spreadsheet held by TfL Recruitment. Thank you for your assistance.
