Are there any LUL standard qualifications required by trainers in Service Control?

Yes, the Service Control Core Trainers hold the following licenses:

• Train the Trainer - FLDG 
• Assessor Training – ACWE
• Operational Manager
• Track Access Leader & Leader Controller
• Pass on SCL2 Course A and B or Substantive license holder as a SCL2 or above.

What are the qualifications of the trainers on the Forward Support Team at Hammersmith Service Control Centre, Trussley Road, London W6 7PS.  Do they hold Facilitate Learning and Development for Groups (FLDG) or Facilitate Learning and Development for Individuals (FLDI) accreditations?

Yes, for the Forward Support Team conversation course, the associate trainers hold the Train the Trainer (FLDG) qualification.
