Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our Information Access Policy. I can confirm we hold the information you require. You asked:

Does Leon Daniels and Mike Brown get free oyster cards for them and there families?

As reported in our Annual Report, the Commissioner and Managing Directors, like all our permanent and fixed term contract employees, are eligible to have a staff and a nominee Oyster card valid on a TfL transport service.  Nominees must be aged over 16 and live at the same address as the employee.
