Freedom of Information request - Staff annual leave and sick leave arrangments

You asked

Dear Transport for London, on 19-06-2009 LUL's policies and procedures sub committee decided stating "return to work interview can be held following spell of annual leave after sickness. The individual should inform when the sickness ended and annual leave has begun- as in the meeting minutes". I would like to have relevant document which communicated the above promulgation by the policy committee to staff and/or managers please.

Thank you for your clarification of your full name and your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 4 January 2019 asking for information about staff annual leave and sick leave arrangements.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.

We do not hold any of the information that was communicated due to the length of time that has elapsed since the meeting was held in 2009.
