You asked

Follow-on from FOI-2180-2223 the cost of the consultation scheme is obscene given that the results have been ignored as they do not fit Khan’s ends while the cost of setting up the expanded Ulez are eye watering. this is what we expect from a Labour mayor acting like a dictator you have not let me know where the funds for Khan’s scrappage scheme are coming from. it is not on TFL’s website

Thank you for your request received on 29 December 2022 asking for further information about the Ultra-low Emission Zone (ULEZ) scrappage scheme.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. We do not hold the information you have requested.

As previously advised, TfL will receive £110m from the Mayor’s Office for the scrappage scheme. This is being provided through the GLA’s Green Finance Programme but we do not hold any further information on the source of those funds. Please contact the Mayor’s Office directly if you require further information on this:
