Request ID: FOI-2433-1617
Date published: 12 July 2017

You asked

Could you please tell me what information (if any) regarding the interface between the London Underground network and BT's deep level tunnels would *not* be subject to this statutory exemption? Please consider this a further request in accordance with the FOI act.

We answered

TfL Ref: FOI-2433-1617

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 06 March 2017 asking for information about BT's deep level tunnels.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.

As previously advised, the information requested is subject to a statutory exemption to the right of access to information, under Section 38(1)(b) of the Act. Once again  the exemption has been applied as disclosure of the information requested would be likely to adversely affect the safety and security of our employees as well as members of the general public.  Any interface would be the highest security risk therefore there would be no information that we can release.

As we believe any further information is still exempt please refer to our previous response for an explanation.

Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
