Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 27 December 2022 asking for information about traffic modelling relating to the ULEZ and the Dartford Crossing. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked: Could you please supply me with any information you have on transport modelling undertaken to understand the traffic impacts of the proposed 2023 ULEZ expansion with particular reference to the number of vehicles using the A282 Dartford Crossing. Based on traffic modelling undertaken, the estimated impact on annual average daily traffic flows (AADT) on the Dartford Crossing is approximately 0.2 per cent increase – which is equivalent to 230 vehicles per day. Please see the table below for the data we hold on traffic modelling for the Dartford Crossing.
