By “incidents” are you referring to the two cited examples only – i.e. any record of a “fall” at the station and any communication we have received from the public regarding “accessibility”? A. Any falls, near misses, inaccessibility complaints, requests or feedback/suggestions/forms/telephone and/or emails and any other communications (including any information, received via staff regarding issues at this station), meta data/notes please for the period 01/01/2022 to 02/10/2024.

Thank you for your request of 2nd October 2024 – as clarified on 30th October 2024 – asking for information about Dalston Kingsland London Overground station. 

 

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. 

 

I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. Your questions are answered in turn below:

 

Question 1: Can you let me know how many people have had incidents at this station, including any falls and accessibility issues I.e. wheelchairs, pram users and/or toddlers etc. please? For the two years from 01/01/2022 to 02/10/2024.

 

Answer: There have been a total of 16 incidents recorded at Dalston Kingsland station since the beginning of 2022 (5 in 2022, 4 in 2023, and 7 in 2024 up to October). These are broken down as follows:
