We answered
TfL Ref: FOI-2420-2324
Thank you for your further request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 12th October 2023 asking for information about cross border hiring.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked for the following, further to case reference FOI-2071-2324:
“Thank you for your response. If we could narrow the scope as follows:
Reduce search period to September 2021 to September 2023.
Reduce scope to search of emails and correspondence from Helen Chapman or Graham Robinson which may have been sent to the Department for Transport to Stephen Fidler and Jessica Matthew or any Secretary of State for Transport or deputy minister on the subject of Cross-Border Hiring.”
I can confirm that having run an automated search of the email accounts for both Helen Chapman and Graham Robinson that no further material is held that fits the scope of your request. The only return from that search was the letter from Helen to the Department for Transport of 5th September 2023, a copy of which was provided to you previously (see here for ease of reference).
Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
Yours sincerely,
David Wells FOI Case Officer FOI Case Management Team General Counsel Transport for London
