You kindly provided details that you held on pedicab accidents to October 2014 (attached copy of the report you provided)
Would it be possible to provide the same data from November 2014 through to the most up to data data that you hold please?
I am due to appear on the panel at a Committee Meeting regarding pedicabs at the London Assembly on 6th December 2017.
I understand that this is short notice but I’d be most grateful if you could provide this information by that date if at all possible as I’m sure that we will be asked questions on this particular aspect concerning the pedicab industry.

Thank you for your request received on 23 November 2017 asking for information about pedicab collisions. I apologise for not being able to provide you with the information sooner.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.
Please find attached listings for collisions recorded by the Police for personal injury collisions involving a pedicab or rickshaw January 2014 - October 2016. Please note that any 2014 data provided previously would have been provisional and may have changed. The latest finalised data we have from the Police is to end December 2016.
Figures for road traffic collisions from November 2016 onwards have been reported by Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) officers using the new Case Overview and Preparation Application (COPA). Using this system those collisions involving rickshaws and pedicabs are separately identified by the MPS and no collisions involving rickshaws and pedicabs were reported for November and December 2016. Data also includes a search for any records that may have occurred in the City of London for this time period.
