You asked

I am writing to ask for proof of train times from Kew gardens to Westminster from 7/8/17 to 7/11/17 inclusive. I am having a disciplinary at work and require this information to hopefully prove there were delays out of my control resulting in frequent late arrivals (5-10 mins). I need to know departure time at Kew gardens and subsequent arrival of that train at Westminster. I need times of departures from 07.00 - 09.15 as I work different shifts. If you have my touch in times for my oyster that would prove extremely helpful also

Thank you for your request received on 23 November 2017 asking for information about the District Line.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.

Please find the requested information attached. Please note that a small number of trains, 6 out of 1,170 records, have missing data and therefore no arrival time recorded at Westminster.

We retain data about the individual journeys made using Oyster cards for eight weeks after the card is used. After eight weeks, the journey data in the ticketing system is disassociated from the card (i.e. anonymised). This eight-week period is considered reasonable to enable customers to verify or make enquiries concerning their journeys (for example, for refund purposes). Whilst most of the dates you have asked for fall outside of this eight weed period, as previously advised, customers should be able to access their journey history through their Oyster online account for dates that are within the past eight weeks, which will show start and end times for each journey based on when they tapped in/out.
