Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. 

At the time of receiving your request,  we did not hold any minutes/notes regarding the meeting of 5 December 2018, however we can advise that these are in the process of being prepared and will be agreed with the attendees before being finalised. Therefore we do not yet hold the requested information. We expect this to be finalised by end of February 2019.
