Could you please tell me the number of complaints received about bus route 346 since Go Ahead took over the franchise in October 2016

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 28 February 2017 asking for information about the number of complaints received about bus route 346 since Go Ahead took over the franchise in October 2016.

 

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require.

 

From 1 October 2016 to date we have received 103 complaints regarding route 346. These complaints were made regarding issues such as service performance, staff, and changes to the route.
