Given that the area in question is still closed off to the public with barriers, could you please provide any communications or minutes that have taken place since March 2023 in relation to this matter?

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 4th October 2023 asking for information about Tottenham Court Road station.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked the following, further to case reference FOI-3247-2223:
“Given that the area in question is still closed off to the public with barriers, could you please provide any communications or minutes that have taken place since March 2023 in relation to this matter?”.
I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
The communications that have taken place on this matter between the dates 1st March 2023 and 4th October 2023 are attached. Some details have been redacted under section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act, the exemption that protects against the unfair release of personal data. This relates to the direct contact details of TfL staff, and the names and contact details of any external staff. There are no minutes of any meetings in this timeframe.
