Bus improvements - Kings Cross Central

I refer to my FOI request some time ago - your reference is TfL Ref: FOI-1293-1314. Please can I have an update on the s106 monies that Argent committed to in terms of bus improvements? In particular, when is the 63/N63 planned to be extended northwards?

Thank you for your email received on 27 February 2017 asking for information about bus improvements.

 

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.

 

To date no Section 106 funding has been released for an extension of route 63 to Kings Cross Central, and at this time there is no confirmed date for an extension of the route.

 

I can confirm that the route 63 is being reviewed as a part of our Central Area review, however this is looking at capacity on the current route to ensure we are providing a suitable frequency/capacity to meet the current demand experienced, and would not be looking at extensions to the service.
