Dear TfL,
I would like to see correspondence between TfL and Wandsworth Borough Council (traffic offices and councillors) in relation to the modifications to Cycle Superhighway 7 in Wandsworth that were announced by TfL on January 7th 2022 via an email with the subject "Walking and cycling changes between Balham and Colliers Wood".
Specifically my request covers correspondence relating to the following three changes, all within LB Wandsworth:
1. Nearside lane changes at junction of Tooting High St and Blackshaw Road/Mitcham Road
2. Reinstating two traffic lanes at the stop line of Upper Tooting Road and Trinity Road
3. Reinstating the left turn from Balham High St onto Chestnut Grove

Thank you for your request received by us on 18 January 2022 asking for email correspondence between TfL and Wandsworth Borough Councilabout changes to Cycle Superhighway 7.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked:

Please note that in accordance with TfL’s obligations under Data Protection legislation some personal data has been removed, as required by section 40(2) of the FOI Act. This is because disclosure of this personal data would be a breach of the legislation, specifically the first principle which requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful. It would not be fair to disclose this personal information when the individuals have no expectation it would be disclosed and TfL has not satisfied one of the conditions which would make the processing ‘fair’.
This exemption to the right of access to information is an absolute exemption and not subject to an assessment of whether the public interest favours use of the exemption.
