Could I please have a copy of the scaffolding licence for 3 Camberwell Church Street, SE5.
I understand that this is a public document, this scaffolding has now been up for many months now and there is no work taking place. The scaffolding is on the public highway and impedes passage at this pinch point.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
Please see attached a copy of the active scaffold licence at 3 Camberwell Church Street, SE5 as requested.
Please note that in accordance with TfL’s obligations under Data Protection legislation some personal data has been removed, as required by section 40(2) of the FOI Act.
