Following the announcement on 6th March 2023 by Will Norman, TfL's Walking and Cycling Commissioner, that important pedestrian safety improvements at the Brownhill Road/Torridon junction will finally go ahead, with "Work to start later in the year", please set out the precise date that these pedestrian safety improvements will commence.

Thank you for your request received on 6 October 2023 asking for information about pedestrian safety improvements at the junction of the A205 South Circular - Brownhill Road with Torridon Road.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.
We do not hold a precise date for when the pedestrian safety improvements at the junction will commence. The scheme is still undergoing detailed design and we hope to start construction in the new year.
