You asked

Dear Transport for London, Please can you send me copies of any notifications received by TFL under the Traffic Management Act 2004 relating to activity to be carried out by Waltham Forest Council which is or is likely to impact on the strategic road network or transport for London road network? Please include TFL’s response where applicable, including TFL’s impact assessments, and any conditions or requirements imposed on the council by TFL in order for consent to be granted such as monitoring or changes. You may limit this to notifications received in 2020 in relation to street space schemes.

Thank you for your request received by us on 15 January 2021 asking for information about any notifications received by Transport for London (TfL) under the Traffic Management Act 2004 relating to activity to be carried out by Waltham Forest Council which is likely to impact on the Transport for London Road Network (TLRN).

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do not hold the information you require. You asked for:

copies of any notifications received by TFL under the Traffic Management Act 2004 relating to activity to be carried out by Waltham Forest Council which is or is likely to impact on the strategic road network or transport for London road network?

Please include TFL’s response where applicable, including TFL’s impact assessments, and any conditions or requirements imposed on the council by TFL in order for consent to be granted such as monitoring or changes.

You may limit this to notifications received in 2020 in relation to street space schemes.

We can confirm that we did not receive any Traffic Management Act notifications formally submitted by the London Borough of Waltham Forest regarding Streetspace projects in 2020.
