Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. You asked for:
Number of TfL ULEZ and congestion charge penalty charge notices issued, with customers registering their cars for auto pay within 3 days. Results monthly for the last 2 years.
We do not record whether a vehicle which incurs a penalty charge notice (PCN) is subsequently added to an Auto Pay in the following three days. Therefore we do not hold the information requested.
