The Gospel Oak to Barking line has been closed on a number of occasions in the last three years. Can you provide who was responsible for the replacement buses and who organised and paid for them.
The London Overground railway network is operated on TfL’s behalf by its concessionaire Arriva Rail London. It provides a specification of what rail replacement buses are required, with TfL arranging bus supply through a competitive tendering process. Ultimately, TfL pays for these replacement buses.
