Follow-up to FOI-1993-2223: Hey TfL FOI, thanks for your time in answering my questions. Definitely agree with the 2nd and 3rd answers, just am afraid that I disagree with the 1st answer that "I understand that the stop was opened on Sunday 13 November." ...as I went and checked, only to find out that the bus stop 'Brook Street (stop F)' remains shut as shown in these 2 morning & night pics taken yesterday (yes, I'm that dedicated that I travel day & night only to get a picture for you!) - also attached: So just wanted to confirm again, when is Brook Street (stop F) reopening?

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 14th December 2022 asking for information about bus stop F on Brook Street, Kingston.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. 

Specifically you asked, in response to the previous request FOI-1993-2223:

You are correct that the bus stop at Brook Street remains closed due to the hoarding that has been put up for building works which impedes the footway. I apologise for the incorrect information that was included in my previous response.

We have looked at the possibility of allocating temporary stops, but this is not possible at this vicinity. As yet we have no definitive date as to when the stop will be able to be re-opened, but we are looking to meet with the developer in February to get a more in-depth understanding on timescales.
