QSI points
Request ID: FOI-2322-2021
Date published: 17 February 2021
You asked
I am an academic specialising in sustainable transport. I'm hoping to get information on the location of all the bus QSI points across London. I had expected to find this in the public domain, but so far when googling I have only found this extract in an FOI: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/704148/response/1686348/attach/3/Dulwich%2020201113.png?cookie_passthrough=1 .
If the information already exists in the public domain could you point me to it? If not, could I request it under an FOI? Information in the format of map images would be fine (i.e. similar to the link above). Even better if possible would be a list of points with their associated easting/northing or latitude/longitude coordinates.

The attached dataset shows bus stops for each route/direction with the associated QSI points. The data presented is the network snapshot as of mid-February 2021, and is based on standard, temporary and school routes.
Each QSI point is linked to a specific bus stop. The links are set for each route/direction and may differ between routes. Such variability is especially prominent at busy junctions where multiple stops are served by multiple routes in several directions.
If you are considering submitting a further request please think carefully about whether the request is essential at this current time, as answering FOI/EIR requests will require the use of limited resources and the attention of staff who could be supporting other essential activity.
