Uber Safety Documents

Please send me all health and safety documents that Uber have shared with TfL that covers the period 5th -7th May 2019. And please tell me the names of the TfL officers who signed off Uber's licence to operate in this period.

Thank you for your request received on 13 January 2022 asking for information about Uber’s health and safety documentation.
 
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we hold some of the information you require.
 
As the licensing authority for taxi and private hire vehicle services in London, TfL will process any complete application and make a licensing decision. Licences are not signed off by any one individual.
 
Uber did not share any health and safety documents with TfL during the three day period specified in your request.
