We answered

Our Ref:         FOI-2314-2122

Thank you for your request received on 13 January 2022 asking for information about the Active Travel funding allocation.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.

Please find the requested information attached. Please note that the information for 2020/21 is the amount that has been claimed, following completion of works, the figures for 2021/22 is the amount that has currently been allocated. Please also note that it is not possible to separate out everything that’s ‘Active Travel’ as the definition for this is very broad so we have provided information on all of the funding provided to the boroughs. This contains details of the funding that has come through TfL, we do not hold details of any funding that might have come directly from government to the London Borough Ealing. Allocations to boroughs will vary year on year dependent on the overall budget available that year as well as what projects are planned and are going ahead.

If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable to access it for some reason, please feel free to contact me.

Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.

Yours sincerely
