Please could you advise me of the total number of individual fines that have been issued to car drivers entering the ULEZ without paying the fee, since the scheme was introduced?

As the ULEZ scheme was new, between 8 April and 10 May we issued warning notices rather than Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs). Since 10 May, and until 15 October 2019, TfL has issued 332,646 Penalty Charge Notices (PCNS). In the first 28 days of the scheme we issued warning letters.
